1. Pricing & Charges
All prices listed on this page are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and all charges will be processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
All prices listed on this page are subject to confirmation. We will notify you by email/sms if the confirmed price of an item you have selected are differs from the price listed on this page or in the purchase order.
2. Delivery Terms
Items will be shipped via courier (POSLAJU).
Once payment has been received and processed, items will be shipped.
Please allow 3-10 business days.
RedChampaca will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, RedChampaca will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control.
3. Cancellation/Returns
Order cannot be cancelled once the purchase order has been sent to you.
Defective items will be replaced (subject to availability).
RedChampaca will not process any refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind.
4. Privacy Policies
Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing list.
